BO BRINKMAN

BO BRINKMAN IS A TEXAS FILMMAKER AND PLAYWRIGHT. He is an actor and producer, known for Last Man Club (2016), Gettysburg (1993) and Goat Hill Road. HE FOUNDED THE CACTUS THEATER IN NEW YORK CITY WHICH BECAME A POPULAR VENUE IN THE LATE 1980’S THAT PRODUCED OVER FORTY PLAYS DURING ITS SIX YEAR EXISTENCE.


Bo has held both lead and supporting roles in television and film including Gettysburg and its prequel, Gods and Generals, made for TV movie, The Way She Moves, The Last Mark, and Swing State. He has written, produced, and directed several films, often drawing his characters and storylines from his ensemble of intricate, comical, and emotional family tales. The Last Mark, The Bay House, and Last Man Club are among his collection, with the latter winning Best of Show (WorldFest Houston), Best Directing (WorldFest Houston), Best Picture (Real to Reel Film and Video Festival), Best Film (Life Fest Film Festival), Best Narrative Feature (Garden State Film Festival) and Best Dramatic Feature (Burbank International Film Festival). His first horror film, Bountiful, is currently in production.
